Products can only be sent to us once you have received confirmation of acceptance into the program and only on the condition that they are washed beforehand at 90 degrees. If the products arrive dirty, we reserve the right to return them to you and not offer you the 1,000 RON voucher.
The products will be recycled in our workshop.
The voucher is digital and can be used for 6 months on our website for purchases of at least 2,000 RON (from which the 1,000 RON received is deducted).
The voucher can be given to someone, it is not nominal, but it can be used only once, not in pieces.
The voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes.
We recycle the remains of our materials and use them in upcycled products. Moreover, we launch recycling programs that come with customer benefits.
