Lunga nr 148, working point Zizinului113. The natural or legal person who orders and purchases products through the website www.genuin.shop is hereinafter referred to as the “customer”. SC GENUIN ART OF NATURALS SRL is not liable for any kind of damage that occurred as a result of malfunctions of any kind of the www.genuin.shop website.

2. Product prices and use of the RABLA voucher

The Rabla campaign for bed sheets is running from April 30 to May 10 and offers a voucher for consumption on the website genuin.shop.

Any individual can sign up for this campaign using the registration form, where they upload a photo of the bed sheets they want to have recycled. Any individual can only register once.

After registration, the registered person may or may not receive a validation for participation in the campaign. If validation is not received, the person is not entitled to receive any voucher. Genuin Art of Natural reserves the right to reject any candidate for enrollment in the campaign by an email sent to the enrollment address.

If the individual who is registered in the campaign through the form on the website genuin.shop is accepted, he/she has to send a parcel with the bed sheets that are for recycling to Genuin Art of Naturals, 113 Zizinului Street. Once received, they are checked. If the hygiene conditions are respected (the sheets are washed in advance), the person will receive a voucher issued by Genuin Art of Naturals, worth 1.000 RON, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

If the conditions of hygiene are not respected, Genuin art of Naturals reserves the right to refuse the parcel and return it, without any liability for the issuance of the voucher.

The 1.000 RON voucher is issued virtually, has a unique code and can be used only once in a single purchase. The voucher will be sent to the individual’s registration address.

The voucher can be used on the genuin.shop website for the purchase of new bed sheets, within 6 months from the date of issue, under the following conditions:

  1. The minimum purchase amount (basket) is 2.200 lei, from which will be subtracted the value of the voucher of 1.000 lei.
  2. In the amount of 2.200 lei, all the products can be included except the piles, the Moon by Dana Rogoz collection and the Magmatik Collection.
  3. The amount of 2,200 lei excludes products already discounted.
  4. The voucher cannot be combined with another discount code.

All prices displayed on this site are expressed in lei (RON) and euro (EUR) and include VAT (19%) and may be changed depending on: changes in customs duties, other taxes levied by the Romanian state or leu/euro and leu/dollar exchange rates. Promotional codes are valid only on the date of purchase and cannot be used again after purchase.

You can pay online with your personal or company card, in complete safety. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) logos.

No additional commission is charged for transactions. Card data processing is done exclusively on Stripe’s servers.

The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that Stripe does not store your confidential card data, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. In this way your information is safe.

Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at your bank’s exchange rate. For card payment, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name genuin.shop.

FEPRA WASTE MANAGEMENT S.R.L., as a partner, is responsible both for the collection of textile products collected free of charge within the Rabla Campaign for Bed Sheets and the subsequent traceability in the recycling process, as well as the mechanical recycling of the products from the campaign.

3. Copyright

The copyright on the entire content of this campaign is owned by SC GENUIN ART OF NATURALS SRL. The content of the www.genuin.shop website may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, transferred, copied or transmitted in any form without the prior written permission of SC GENUIN ART OF NATURALS SRL.

4. Security of personal data and information

The online store www.genuin.shop has a strict policy of respecting the confidentiality of customer data. The site administrator undertakes not to transmit customers’ personal data to third parties and also to use them only for the purpose for which they were transmitted. The personal data entered by the customer will be used only for the stated purpose of this site.

SC GENUIN ART OF NATURALS SRL does not encourage spam, does not provide your e-mail address to a third party, does not sell, does not offer, does not exchange e-mail addresses obtained through the site, does not disclose your e-mail address to other people who access the site, without your explicit consent.

5. Products sold on genuin.shop

The products sold on www.genuin.shop are tailored in Romania, from materials imported from Lithuania, Italy, Poland, Spain and France, with European certifications.

The company does not guarantee the availability in stock of all displayed products, which is why it will have the right not to deliver partially or fully a certain order if certain products no longer appear in the offer. The customer will be notified as soon as possible of the availability of the ordered products, this being also exposed on the website.

The maximum value of the company’s obligations to the customer, in case of non-delivery of the products, is the value of the amount collected by the company from the respective customer for the undelivered products, the amount that will be returned to him within a maximum of 30 days.

Any complaint will be brought to the company’s attention within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt of the products, at [email protected] (not by phone), and it will be forwarded for resolution. The company does not guarantee and will not be held responsible if the purchased products are not used for the purposes for which they were designed / manufactured.

6. Litigation

Any problems regarding the nature or quantities delivered by us to you must be formulated within 48 hours of receiving the package.

www.genuin.shop will try to solve them as quickly as possible and as favorably as possible for you. In case of unresolvable disputes, the competent courts in the field will be called upon, from the headquarters of Genuin Art of Naturals.

7. Product warranty 365

Garantii genuin.shop: you receive your money back guaranteed in 14 days, if the product does not meet the quality standards we promise, during which time you can make the return.

The return of products is done according to the return policy available on the website.

The warranty for products purchased from www.genuin.shop is 365 days, if the product care instructions for washing, protection from other colors, food stains or other products are followed. However, the purchased linen lasts over 15 years without deterioration of the fabric, and if maintained correctly, even a generation.

If the warranty problem refers to a detached seam or colors that have deteriorated during this period, we undertake to repair the product or replace it, completely free of charge, for a period of 365 days.
