We accept returns of products that have not been opened and used within a maximum of 14 days from delivery.
We consider opening all packages that are no longer packed as at delivery, with the labels removed.
All returns must be made within 14 days. Return costs are paid by the customer.
Before ordering, check the size guide as well as the sizes of your bed, mattress, duvet and pillows, to make sure you choose what you need.
Products with custom sizes that are not found on the website cannot be returned, unless they meet the warranty conditions of the Terms and Conditions. If they do not meet the expected quality standards, they can be remedied or replaced.
Also, products that have been used (slept in, washed, etc.) cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return.
For orders paid by transfer or cash on delivery, the customer will be asked to provide a return account on hello@genuin.shop
