Deliveries

Transportation Fees

  • Deliveries are free in Romania, for a purchase of over 400 RON, through DPD.
  • For orders up to 400 RON, the additional cost is 22 RON.
  • Deliveries in Europe come with an additional cost of 25 Euros.  If you are not sure what delivery charges apply outside of Europe, please check with the customs office for import duties.

Delivery Time

  • Our priority is to know when the parcel arrives with you, so we will let you know if there are any delivery delays. Before ordering, check the delivery time.
  • Even if the products are in stock, we have delivery times from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the product.
  • Please make sure that you enter the delivery address and phone number correctly.
  • DPD does not make deliveries on Saturdays.

How do I track an order?

  • As soon as you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address mentioned in the order form.
  • When it is processed, you will also be alerted by email.
  • At the end of the processing, the order will be packaged and sent by courier, and another email will be sent to you, containing the invoice. You will also receive notification from DPD for the transmission of the package.
  • Once the package is sent, you will receive an AWB number related to it, on the email mentioned in the order.
  • To check the status of your delivery, please enter your AWB number on the DPD website https://tracking.dpd.ro/

Re-shipment

  • If for any reason your package arrives back at our headquarters and you want it to be reshipped, you will incur a cost of 22 lei cash on delivery.

The package did not arrive or was delayed

  • We know how frustrating it can be if the delivery does not go as expected and we will be at your disposal until the package reaches you.
  • Please note that once you have received your parcel, the courier will notify you of the delivery and you will be able to follow its progress on the DPD website.
  • Considering the price of the products, the package is delivered with acknowledgment of receipt.

Parcel status

  • Please check that the goods are intact as soon as you have received the package. If you notice any visible defects, please contact us within 48 hours and check the warranty conditions in the Terms and Conditions.
