Transportation taxes

  • Deliveries are free in Romania, at a value of the cart higher than 200 RON, through DPD
  • European deliveries bear a cost of 25 Euro (if more than 2 sets are ordered 40 Euro). If you are not sure what extra taxes are applied outside Europe, please check you customs office for import taxation.

Delivery time

  • Our priority is for you to know when the package reaches you, so we will announce any late deliveries. Before you order, please check delivery time.
  • Even if the products are on stock, we have a deliver time of 1-3 weeks, depending on product, for production.
  • Please ensure you introduce the right address for delivery.


  • If by any reason your package comes back to you headquarters and you still want the package, you will have to bear the cost of 22 lei at delivery.

Package did not arrive or is late

  • We know how frustrating it can be when the delivery does not work as expected and we will be at your service until the package reaches you.
  • We kindly ask you to bear in mind that once in the possession of the package, the carrier shall announce you about the delivery and its progress can be found on DPD website.
  • Taking into account the prices of the products, the package is delivered with confirmation.

Status of the package

  • Please check that the items are intact once you received the package. If you notice visible flaws or damage, please contact us in maximum 48 hours and check warranty conditions on


  • We accept returns of products that have not been opened and used within 10 days of delivery.
  • We consider open all packages that are no longer packaged as on delivery, with the labels removed.
  • All returns must be made within 10 days. Return costs are borne by the customer.
  • Before ordering, check the size guide as well as the sizes of your bed, mattress, quilt and pillows to make sure you choose what you need.
  • Custom-sized products not found on the website are non-refundable. If they do not meet the expected quality standards, they can be remedied or replaced.
  • Also, products that have been used (slept in them, washed, etc.) cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
  • For orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within 3-30 days of accepting the return.
